⭐️I’ve ran over 40 marathons and ultras but didn’t run my first 5k / get into running until I was 23 (I’m 37)
💥Fave aid station food: watermelon and peanut butter tortillas
☀️Fave shoe: VJ’s Xtrm 2s, they are an OCR shoe with excellent grip and a narrow toe box
🔥I listen mostly to classic rock on my long runs/ races like 60s-80s hits and occasionally a 90s station
